Licensed Behavioral Health Professional

At Carle Health, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where advanced medical treatment meets community-based care to improve patient outcomes. We are currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional, including LCSWs (Licensed Clinical Social Workers), LCPCs (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors), or LMFTs (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists), to expand our dynamic social services team. This role involves delivering high-quality psychological care and counseling to a diverse population.

You will play a crucial role in our integrated healthcare approach, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient-specific needs
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in case reviews and clinical supervision
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of advancements in the field
• Proficiency in behavior therapy techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively
• Experience with electronic health records
• Skills in crisis intervention
