Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Attend to guests upon call notification for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety concerns;
Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard from mishandling or theft;
Log keys in and out when necessary;
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, including greeting, registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and collecting payments;
Post payments to guest folios and run reports as needed
