Job Summary
Caterpillar is looking to add a Total Rewards Partner to our team in Peoria, IL. The role involves providing total rewards consultancy, administering programs, and supporting health care benefits for employees, retirees, and PPO network providers. The position is fully onsite Monday‑Friday with no sponsorship.
Responsibilities- Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of health care benefits for employees and retirees, and the Caterpillar PPO Network providers.
- Administers Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data and provider data in line with company policies.
- Participates in Total Rewards related projects, interacting and communicating with internal and external partners.
- Performs qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on Total Rewards related programs to support business.
- Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee and provider data in line with company policies.
- Analytical Thinking – knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions.
- Influencing – knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
- Interpersonal Relationships – ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups constructively and collaboratively.
- Benefits Programs – knowledge of employee benefits programs, processes, and issues of benefit programs.
- Retirement Programs – knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs.

- Fully onsite, Monday to Friday in office.

$89,210.00 – $ (summary; actual compensation may vary).
