Director, Talent Management

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward‑looking talent strategy that aligns with business objectives and long‑term growth plans
• Drive leadership pipeline strength, succession readiness, and critical capability development across the organization
• Own global frameworks for performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Design and scale leadership development programs, career pathways, and capability‑building initiatives
• Lead Talent Acquisition for the U.S. with accountability for quality of hire, time‑to‑fill, and hiring manager experience
• Define and implement a scalable recruiting operating model aligned to workforce plans
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and strengthen diverse talent pipelines
• Lead global ownership of recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, Linked In, and job boards

• 10–15+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, and/or talent acquisition
• Experience leading enterprise talent programs and strategies in a global or multi‑region environment
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic partner
• Strong understanding of talent analytics, workforce planning, and capability development
• Experience leading or optimizing recruiting strategy, operations, and technology platforms
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
