Bray Tech is hiring for a full-time Jr. Executive Recruiter who enjoys working with people and wants advancement opportunities!
We work hard and have a lot of fun in the office, so we are looking for someone to add to our leadership team that wants the opportunity to go above and beyond and really excel!
Essential duties and responsibilities for this position include:- Being an excellent talent scout, focusing mainly on recruitment needs for company growth & expansion
- Processing employment applications, booking and scheduling interviews & assisting in all employment activities
- Effectively interacting with people on a daily basis
Additional responsibilities include:
- Campaign and office management
- Social media and company branding
- Training seminars and presentations at conferences
- Event planning and public relations work
- Have a genuine interest in people and be excited to work in an innovative & upbeat environment
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Offer excellent computer skills, including proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office
- Possess the ability to work independently and unsupervised while maintaining a strong work ethic
