- Coordinates recruitment advertising, including creating and posting job openings and the use of internet recruiting tools.
- Coordinates the application process, including telephone and internet responses, application scheduling and interviewing.
- Conducts employment verification and reference checks and assists with coordinating background investigations when needed.
- Coordinates the new hire on-boarding process.
- Assist in the operation of the switchboard or telephone system to receive incoming calls and provide professional, helpful first point of contact
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare office experience
- Preferred experience with employee onboarding or recruitment
- Basic proficiency using computers, office software, and related office equipment
