Advanced Resources in Chicago (southwest side) seeks a Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits to serve as the SME for payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance programs. You will own accurate payroll administration, benefits management, and oversight of the HR technology platform, advising leadership on improvements and data-driven decisions.
Reporting to the VP of HR, this role is an individual contributor with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site).
