Cat Digital is the digital and technology arm of Caterpillar Inc., leveraging technologies to build digital solutions for our customers and dealers with assets worldwide.

• Developing detailed architecture deliverables to solve business problems.
• Designing an application's functional and technical architecture, such as High-level architecture, Technical Assessment, Data Model, Decomposing, Creating ROM, Technology Recommendations and Testing Strategies.
• Leading the evaluation, proof of technology and deployment of new technologies to add or enhance existing digital technical capabilities.
• Participating in addressing business requirements for applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meet business results.
• Develop and maintain current, planned, and future state architecture blueprints. Lead in the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers and requirements that drive the future state architecture.

• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine root causes and create alternative solutions.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts and the ability to transmit and interpret ideas, information, and needs clearly.
• Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of activities and deliverables of application design and how to translate business requirements into technical design.
• Platform Architecture: Knowledge of technologies to design processing mechanisms and roadmaps to support end-user access in accordance with standards.
• Target Architecture: Knowledge of IT blueprint and roadmap development aligned with business strategies.

• Experience with Marketing CRMs or tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ability to communicate solutions and architecture to a wide range of audiences
• Functional understanding and ability to demonstrate end-to-end CRM implementations using Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
• Familiarity with Enterprise platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Fabric, Google, etc.)
