Senior IT Applications Analyst

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
* Demonstrate ERP, ETL, Database, Artificial Intelligence and Project Management skills required to collect, compile, assimilate, communicate, and maintain information as required.
* Assess and recommend solutions.

* Help customers with configuration, deployment, testing, communication, change management, Artificial Intelligence, supplier enablement, catalog support, master data collection, training, troubleshooting, grief resolution, and hyper care-related activities.
* 4-year college degree.
* Progressive experience with cloud-based ERP deployments.
* Familiarity with AI
* Great attitude to learn and develop AI models.
* Cloud database and middleware technology experience
* Requires effective communication skills – both oral and written.
* Must exhibit people skills and should have a collaborative work style.
* Great attitude and willingness to learn and implement innovative technologies.
* Plays an active or leading role in recording and storing requirement documents in various forms.
* Produces detailed functional and information requirements models and documentation.
* Verifies the proper flow of transactions across all input, output and storage channels or devices.
* Evaluates interoperability of new systems with existing systems during the beta testing phase.
* Designs processes to ensure that the system meets and maintains requirements and expectations.
* Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) service; ability to manage IT services and oversee service operations.
* Promotes the use of standard procedures in each function of IT services.
* Experience in Coupa procurement platform
* Knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay business process.
* Preferred that the incumbent is familiar with basic procurement and quality principles, procedures, and techniques.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in Data Analytics and Reporting
* Experience in developing AI Models
* Location for this role is Peoria, IL, Dallas, TX.
