This role is responsible for coordinating, participating in and assisting with business units' software support, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems for users, maintenance and development, billing activities and ongoing maintenance of the system tools and program databases. Works with all internal stakeholders and technical subject matter experts to successfully resolve technical problems, develop action plans and communicate progress.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides technical assistance which includes troubleshooting complex questions and supporting users with system interactions
Resolves issues related to the system, user access, and related functionalities with accurate assessment and resolution
Responsible for creating and tracking sFTP, CIFS and MoveIT or other IT tickets for the business unit to ensure security, integrity, and proper compliance of systems. Performs or assists in security access audits
Understands healthcare organization workflow processes to ensure system content is accurate and current and supports all functionality; conducts internal and external training
Participates in testing software changes and coordinates the development of supporting documentation. Interacts with project sponsors, stakeholders, and project members to ensure specified business needs are met and successful implementation
Consults with product management and commercial teams to translate customer and business requirements into technical and procedural design for new or revised applications, enhancements and user performance improvements including flow charts and programming guidelines
Hands-on collaboration when managing APIs with integrating pharmacy systems to ensure proper data exchange and functionality
Analyzes processes and makes recommendations for improving efficiency; assists in creating targeted solutions to address deficiencies
Coordinates the effective implementation and support of Change Management; coordinates with sales team for client onboarding, implementation, and launch
Collaborates with accounting and business unit managers to provide customers with timely and accurate invoices and to share onboarding information or changes with the accounting team
Provides backup support to lead status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress within expectations
Follows Cencora Policies and Procedures, supports and complies with HIPAA requirements, and safeguards PHI
Assists with special projects as requested by management
Manages the backlog of open items to ensure they are processed or escalated to appropriate teams
Supports ABF ticket for Tri Ship Support Queue
Skills and Qualifications
Preferred knowledge of information technology, pharmacy care or medical coordination, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience working with pharmacy support systems with a focus on data integrity, security, and reporting
Demonstrates the ability to fully and accurately assess and resolve issues related to the system, user access, programs, activities, reporting, and related functionalities
Understanding and familiarity with server, network, and computer hardware concepts and functionality
Install and configure hardware and software components
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with ability to think critically and expansively to solve complex technical problems
