You’ll work alongside a collaborative, performance-driven team supporting active marketing initiatives across the Chicago area. The work is hands-on, people-focused, and structured to develop confidence, communication, and leadership capability over time.

• Supporting live marketing campaigns as part of an on-site team
• Communicating brand messaging clearly and professionally
• Conducting customer conversations and guiding customer sign-ups
• Collaborating daily with team leaders to hit shared performance goals
• Contributing feedback and insights from the field to improve campaign results

This role involves direct customer interaction and is best suited to candidates who want to build real-world experience quickly.
