IT Project/Program Manager

As an IT Project/Program Manager, you will work with the Application Program Management Team of (customer) and manage project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across our application portfolio and other enterprise systems used by (customer) customers and dealers. The integration of applications with various Digital Platform capabilities built on the latest technologies and adopting industry’s best architecture patterns, security best practices, etc.

• Accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and error‑free.
• Manage the planning and execution of project team members.
• Manage the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and overall project plan and budget.
• Support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and follow‑up stages of various projects.
• Develop and produce project management schedules.
• Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
• Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
• Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including affected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.
• Work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
• Monitor progress of projects, discuss problems with affected areas, assure appropriate personnel are informed of problems and steps are in place to meet schedules.
• Recommend possible solutions and alternatives based on the nature of problems.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• PMP certification
• Change Management Certification
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (NICE TO HAVE)
• Some Scrum Master experience in addition to required project management experience.
• Experience having worked with large enterprise‑level organizations.
• Experience with Ecommerce applications/projects.
• 2+ years experience with Power BI (nice to have).

Intermediate Level

Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.

• Pay range: $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
