Business Systems Analyst
Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Business Systems Analyst to serve as an Agile Scrum/Kanban Development team member and work with the Business and Data Management teams to provide solutions for business systems’ needs, understand business objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities to formulate, define, document, and implement systems scope and objectives to develop and provide solutions.
Specific duties include:
Option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with required travel to the Schaumburg, IL headquarters once per year.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Associate, Senior ETL Tester, or similar position developing and providing solutions. Must have 5 years of experience with each of the following:
- Working in data warehousing
- Writing complex SQL queries
- Writing technical requirements
- Performing End to End data validation
- Working in Insurance domain
- Serving as Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area in the data warehouse
- Providing technical solutioning consultation to developers and testers
- Working with various business groups
- Acting as liaison between IT and business

We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $132,600.
