A client-facing Project Manager role is available to deliver complex data center and critical infrastructure projects. The position involves managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining strong customer relationships across technical and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned projects, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivery quality
- Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and subcontractors
- Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans and deliverable scopes
- Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure projects meet technical and compliance standards
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and commercial teams
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within technical or construction environments
- Background in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similar infrastructure
- Experience with in one or more of the following: electronic security, fire alarm, life safety, or building automation systems
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple project deliverables
PMI certification (or equivalent) preferred - Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
