Our
** Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)
** is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics and Global Services supporting Caterpillar dealers and customers. Our teams work together in critical areas that leverage digital capabilities, technology and operational excellence.

This role offers an exciting opportunity as part of a global team to contribute to the advancement of innovative immersive and digital learning solutions within a global extended enterprise environment. The successful candidate will provide oversight of immersive learning technologies that support virtual reality experiences, animations, video-based learning, and other modern training solutions. In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Legal, Digital, instructional design, and external vendors, this position helps ensure these platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

This is a highly collaborative role with meaningful impact on how emerging technologies are responsibly adopted to enhance learning and workforce capability across the organization.

As an
** Service Technology Specialist (Immersive Learning Systems)****,
** you will be responsible for providing system training and support for Caterpillar dealers, participating in global software tool selection teams, and developing online system performance support resources. This position is part of an experienced, specialized IT team that manages multiple learning software platforms that work together to deliver a global learning ecosystem.

*** Lead the day-to-day management and support of immersive learning platforms and digital training solutions, including virtual reality, animation, video-based learning, and online performance support tools
* Administer platform configuration, user access, technical readiness, governance practices, and support processes to maintain system performance, usability, and compliance with enterprise standards
* Partner with internal and external vendors, organizations, and cross-functional teams to evaluate capabilities, manage support, resolve issues, and deliver effective learning technology solutions
* Provide learning system training and support to Cat dealers, while assisting in the design, development, and implementation of processes, interfaces, and tools that enhance learner experience and business capability
