We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our team for a long-term engagement in Peoria, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, and integration of the Guidewire Policy Center application, with a focus on delivering high-quality insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Guidewire Policy Center applications using Gosu and Java.
• Customize Policy Center business rules, data model, and UI components.
• Integrate Policy Center with external systems using web services (SOAP/REST).
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
• Create and manage configuration bundles and deployment packages.
• Support system testing, performance tuning, and production deployments.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development with a strong focus on Policy Center.
• Proficiency in Gosu scripting and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Configuration, Integration, and Product Model.
• Strong knowledge of insurance domain, especially in Property & Casualty.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), XML, and SQL.
• Experience using tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Guidewire certification (Policy Center Developer) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
