Job Summary

This role will lead a team of information technology professionals to close the gap between business strategy and technology solutions by partnering closely with business leaders and enterprise IT teams. The Manager – Technology Solutions Partner will shape, design, and deliver business‑relevant technology solutions that enable customer‑focused capabilities aligned with corporate strategy, innovation, and execution.

What You Will Do
  • Strategic Business Partnership – Engage with business executives and functional leaders to understand priorities, operational challenges, and growth objectives and translate those into IT solutions that adhere to enterprise principles and architectural standards.
  • Solution & Process Co‑Creation – Define and co‑develop end‑to‑end business processes and enabling technical solutions to address identified challenges, ensuring solutions are practical, extensible, and measurable.
  • Automation & AI‑First Mindset – Champion an automation‑first and AI‑enabled approach to design, embedding digital, data, and intelligent capabilities to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Transparency – Provide clear, concise communication to business leaders, IT leadership, Enterprise Architects, and global architecture communities on solution direction, trade‑offs, risks, and progress.
  • End‑to‑End Lifecycle Accountability – Act as the trusted liaison between business and enterprise IT across the full solution lifecycle—from product introduction to deployment, transition to support, and ongoing enhancement.
What You Will Have
  • Business Acumen – Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes needed to make sound decisions in context and apply this knowledge appropriately.
  • Customer Focus – Understanding customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all decisions and using that information to create customized solutions.
  • Knowledge of Organization – Familiarity with the company’s vision, structure, culture, principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to align capabilities with business goals.
  • Planning – Tactical and strategic planning skills that support operational, short‑term, and long‑term business plans.
  • Influencing – Effective influencing tactics and strategies to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
  • Relationship Management – Building and maintaining healthy relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Collaborating Globally – Ability to network and collaborate with people from diverse cultures and countries.
Considerations for Top Candidates
  • Experience as an IT business relationship manager, technology business partner, product/platform leader, or IT engagement leader.
  • Background supporting sales, marketing, customer experience, dealer, or CRM capabilities.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and transformation.
  • Experience working across regions and cultures.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, portfolio governance, vendor management, and digital transformation.
Additional Information
  • Position is based in Peoria, IL.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% internationally.
  • ISE/Payroll Transfer not available.
  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.
  • Relocation is available for this position.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
