Role Overview

The IT Business Systems Analyst II participates in initiatives of all sizes across the supported Business Function. You are a self‑starting individual with an aptitude for creative and critical thinking. You use your business expertise and enjoy collaborating with partners and helping implement positive change.

You contribute to solutions that follow good data design and create insightful data visualizations to drive impactful business decisions. You love to collaborate with techies and subject matter experts to add to the vision.

You think critically, deliver, and execute effectively and collaborate cross‑functionally with business and IT peers. You nurture positive, professional relationships, acting as a trusted teammate and a respectful challenger.

• Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology/Computer Science) or its equivalent in a related field
• 3+ years of related professional work experience
• Some experience of and participation in the change process
• Developing knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations
• Basic business test execution and planning/coordination experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills
