We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer who thrives on simplifying complexity. This role partners with Product Management, Engineering, and Software teams to influence product definition, shape interaction strategies, and deliver experiences that help customers accomplish their work safely, efficiently, and confidently.

Success in this role requires systems thinking, curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence products from early concept through production, ensuring the customer experience is considered throughout the product lifecycle, not simply at the interface level.

** What You’ll Do
*** Lead Human-Centered Design activities from discovery through implementation.
* Partner with Product Managers to define customer problems, identify opportunities, and influence product strategy.
* Design user journeys, interaction models, workflows, and information architecture across machine, application, and connected experiences.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction specifications, and production-ready design documentation.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure design intent is successfully implemented.
* Facilitate workshops and design sessions that align cross-functional teams around customer needs.
* Advocate for Human-Centered Design throughout the product development process.
* Contribute to and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and UX best practices.
* Mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

** Knowledge of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction; ability to design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that meet business goals and user needs..
