IT Business Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
We are currently supporting a global technology provider in the search for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of international software implementation projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business analysis support across nominated projects, ensuring that solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with client requirements. This will include defining client needs, leading requirements scoping, preparing business requirements documentation, supporting technical specifications, and managing clarifications through to delivery and client sign-off.
The role will involve close collaboration with project managers, technical teams, test teams and client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. You will also support scope change management, assist with UAT preparation and training where required, and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodology.
Candidates should be process-driven, client-focused and confident working on discovery and requirements scoping. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work professionally with international clients and internal project teams.
Experience in implementation consulting, software delivery, taxation systems or public sector technology projects would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of Jersey taxation would also be considered a strong asset.
As the client base is international, some flexibility around working hours will be required to accommodate overseas stakeholders. The role will be based in Jersey on a hybrid basis.
