• Extensive experience in L2/L3 Enterprise Application Support.
• Deep functional and configuration expertise in Coupa P2P, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Expense modules.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, contract management, and expense policy enforcement.
• Proven ability to manage integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP FI/MM or Oracle EBS).
• Solid background in system administration, including workflow configuration, approval hierarchies, and master data synchronization.

• Active Coupa Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience coordinating large-scale Coupa release upgrades and regression testing.
• Strong analytical skills for business process optimization and automation.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Coupa Architect (13+ years) for an onsite engagement in Peoria, IL. The incumbent will serve as the subject matter expert for the Coupa platform, overseeing the administration, configuration, and integration of P2P, Contract Management, and Time & Expense modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical system capabilities and complex business procurement requirements to drive process efficiency and compliance.

• Administer and configure Coupa P2P, Contract Management, and Time & Expense modules to ensure alignment with corporate compliance and financial policies.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including authoring, negotiation, and renewal workflows within the Coupa environment.
• Lead integration management by collaborating with SAP/Oracle ERP teams to ensure robust data synchronization and interface reliability.
• Coordinate three annual Coupa release upgrades, overseeing UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution to leverage new platform features.
• Provide expert Level 2/3 support for system-related issues, managing escalations and delivering stakeholder training on system usage and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive solution design documentation and oversee synchronization between Sandbox and Production environments.
