Lead Digital Project Manager – EHS Systems & Data

Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) systems, enterprise data, and reporting. Enable delivery of the EHS strategy through technology, analytics, and integrated digital platforms.

• Manage day‑to‑day digital and IT projects supporting EHS systems.
• Develop contingency plans for system integration, data integrity, and adoption risks.
• Direct cross‑functional teams across IT, data, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet EHS and business reporting objectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality, governance, and IT processes.
• Own the architecture and lifecycle of enterprise EHS systems and datasets.
• Lead dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI and SharePoint.
• Deliver full lifecycle projects, including UAT, rollout, and training.
• Collaborate across IT and EHS to build scalable solutions.
• Lead data governance and validation activities.
• Support EHS compliance through systems and reporting.

• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and .NET.
• Strong data architecture and analytics skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital initiatives.
• Working knowledge of EHS regulations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

• Project Administration: use of best practices and tools for project administration.
• Decision Making & Critical Thinking: analyze situations and reach productive decisions.
• Data Gathering & Reporting: tools and processes for data collection and reporting.
• Implementation: run application software within an organization and support end‑users.
• IT Project Control & Reporting: monitor project progress and delivery schedule.
• IT Project Management: plan, organize, monitor, and control IT projects.
• IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: manage organizational IT policies and standards.

• Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates.
