* Job Summary:

** Employs data analytics to assess, track and communicate performance of Vision Link commercial KPI’s. Generate leads to fill full fleet opportunity funnel. Interpret data and results to identify trends and influence commercial strategy. Leverage AI to extract insights from data to support strategy and performance. Design dashboards and other tools to drive enterprise and dealer accountability. Expected to work broadly across multiple stakeholders to assess and monitor business performance.

* What You Will Do:

*** Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products;
Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
* Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service.
* Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications;
Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.
* Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance;
Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.
