Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Employs data analytics to assess, track and communicate performance of Vision Link commercial KPIs.
• Generate leads to fill full fleet opportunity funnel.
• Interpret data and results to identify trends and influence commercial strategy.
• Leverage AI to extract insights from data to support strategy and performance.
• Design dashboards and other tools to drive enterprise and dealer accountability.
• Expected to work broadly across multiple stakeholders to assess and monitor business performance.
• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products.
• Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
• Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service.
• Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications.
• Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.
• Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance.
• Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.

• Proven experience in design and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations for large and complex data sets in Power BI (typically 5+ years)
• Ability to tell a story with data
• Working knowledge of one or more programming languages
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and driven while working well in team environment
• Create innovative solutions to solve business problems
• Strong attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies in coding or data
• Experience with data structures using SQL
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Management studio, R, SQL, Dev Ops, Excel, Alteryx, Snowflake is a plus

Demonstrates expertise in data analytics, visualization, and performance assessment using tools like Power BI and SQL. Capable of collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic insights and improve business processes.
