Training Program Developer

Payrate: $28.00 - $29.00/hr.

Typical task breakdown:

• Assists with developing and delivering training modules, courses and programs; ensuring that courses and materials are relevant to the organization's customer service processes.
• Assists with gathering customer service performance data to measure success of the training programs; monitoring ROIs and taking appropriate measures to improve training effectiveness.
• Reviewing and maintaining training materials to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Years of experience:
  Two years' relevant work experience required regardless of education level. Instructional Design Certificate acceptable with at least four years' relevant work experience.
• Degree requirement:
  Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or Instructional Design

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $29.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
