Application System Analyst II

Expected pay for this position is $34.57 - $40.66/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Application System Analyst II works independently to evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems. This position is well-seasoned in analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining installed systems and support of users. The position is readily able to create documentation to support system design, testing and training. Under general supervision the position will manage customer expectations and customer interactions and participate in improvement of service quality for the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's Degree with 1 year experience in information technology or healthcare OR 3 years' experience in information technology or healthcare.
- Other Licenses/Certifications Required certifications for role will be obtained within a 6 month timeframe from date of hire and limited to 3 test attempts per certification.
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field.
- Previous work related experience in healthcare industry
- Experience with key OSF applications
