Automation Platform Manager, Data Analytics

• Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management for SS&C Blue Prism, SAP BTP Automation, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Serve as enterprise owner for RPA, workflow automation, business process automation, and low-code automation capabilities.
• Establish platform standards, governance models, development practices, and operational guardrails.
• Drive adoption and value realization across business functions and product teams.
• Own platform availability, reliability, performance, security, and operational health.
• Establish service metrics, operational reporting, performance dashboards, and automation value tracking.
• Ensure operational readiness, supportability, and sustainment of new automation capabilities entering production.
• Champion ITIL practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Level Management.
• Own the operational support model with internal support teams, managed service providers, and strategic suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Architecture, Security, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and Product Teams.
• Manage platform budgets, licensing, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as primary platform liaison for enterprise automation stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity across the automation platform portfolio.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8-10+ years of experience in automation, platform management, IT operations, service management, or related technology functions.
• Experience leading enterprise automation, platform support, or service delivery functions in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management disciplines; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms including SS&C Blue Prism, SAP BTP Automation, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Experience managing managed service providers and outsourced support teams.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, release, and service level management processes.
• Experience developing platform roadmaps, operational dashboards, service metrics, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational excellence, innovation, risk management, governance, and financial stewardship.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic automation goals.
