Senior Manager – GRC Financial Services Technology

• Provide Risk and Compliance (GRC) consulting services within the Financial Services practice
• Deliver solution development and lead projects
• Support business development and sales cycles with subject matter expertise
• Manage client service delivery and teams of professionals
• Manage project budgets and project execution
• Apply GRC processes, technology, and industry best practices to help clients build sustainable risk management programs
• Lead teams, deepen client relationships, contribute to account planning, identify opportunities, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Develop business requirements, design documents, test cases, and end-user training guides
• Collaborate across teams and use technology, including emerging AI capabilities, to improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes
• Perform other duties assigned by the employer

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 6+ years of experience managing implementation of complex risk and compliance systems in the banking industry
• Experience implementing regulatory compliance, third-party risk management, or enterprise risk management processes
• Expertise with commercially available GRC solutions
• Experience leading and managing teams and project budgets
• Expert project management skills, including planning, status reporting, issue resolution, and risk mitigation
• Highly effective communication with all organizational levels, including senior and executive management
• Ability to deliver business requirements documents, design documents, test cases, and end-user training guides
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to support sales cycles through subject matter expertise, proposals, estimates, and staffing plans
• MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented with experience working with diverse teams
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel 60% or more annually
