• Support SAP applications and related business systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues
• Support integrations between SAP and other systems
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and improve processes
• Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and new projects
• Work within a collaborative, international IT environment

• 2+ years of professional SAP experience
• Experience with SAP SD or related SAP business processes
• Experience with system integrations, EDI, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
• Logistics or supply chain experience is a plus
