We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to support IT systems and end users across both office and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Resolve hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues.
- Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, PDAs and other end-user technology.
- Act as a key IT contact for Operations and warehouse users.
- Support IT projects, system improvements and infrastructure maintenance.
- Troubleshoot networking issues including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPNs.
- Manage service desk tickets and maintain technical documentation.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering or IT Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Good networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting end-user computing environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational environments, along with Intune/Endpoint Management, mobile devices or handheld technology.

This is a 5-day onsite role in Montgomery, Illinois.
