Technology, Digital and Data

• Design, develop, and deploy middleware jobs using Datastage or Snaplogic by connecting to various source and target systems
• Provide technical leadership by architecting solutions on various projects based on the business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business users to collect VOB/VOC, business requirements, and prepare implementation plans for successful deployment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Provide front-line support to customers when needed as part of helping them in resolving support issues
• Would be accountable and responsible for overseeing audit-related tasks of Vendor Management application
• Oversee and coordinate multiple engagements across projects, operations, and support teams to ensure they are completed on time and within budget by following the demand management methodology
• Would be accountable and responsible for designing and developing Power BI reports based on the business needs
• Should have an attitude to learn new technologies and implement them
• Mentor and coach the team on technical challenges, when needed
• Will be accountable for driving adoption and identifying continuous improvement opportunities including standardization, simplification, and risk mitigation
• Gather business requirements and work with various stakeholders to deploy SAP Concur

• Bachelor’s degree – or 10 plus equivalent experience required
• 5 plus years of experience in relational database design, data modeling, and structured query language (SQL)
• Experience in Power BI report design and development
• Proficiency in English is required
• Strong experience designing and implementing API integrations, including RESTful services, system-to-system integrations.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, capabilities, and enterprise use cases, with the ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake across both development and administration.
• Strong experience architecting enterprise-wide ETL/ELT solutions across diverse systems and data platforms, defining scalable integration patterns, technology strategies, and target‑state architectures spanning legacy and cloud‑based technologies.

• SAP Concur Experience
• Beeline or IQNavigator Experience
• Should have 8 plus years of experience in Middleware Technologies like Datastage / Snaplogic.
• Must have 6 plus years of experience in on‑prem databases and 3 plus years of working experience in Snowflake
• Should have experience in building Power Apps
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects using project management methodologies
• Experience in scripting languages like VBScript or JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Consistently exhibits the willingness and interest to learning new technologies
