CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst in Chicago, IL! In this role, you will support a multi-location organization with high-level end user support challenges. Serving as a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for solving user challenges that are escalated from the Help Desk team.
Required expertise includes:- 3 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
- 2+ years of O365 Support - advanced knowledge, including basic administration experience
- Active Directory - including complex user set-up experience
- VPN experience, ideally Palo Alto Global Protect
- Service Now experience for both incidents and requests
- Intune for EndPoint Management
