Overview
Our client, a prestigious global AmLaw firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Funds Paralegal to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of emerging company and venture fund work, including preparing and maintaining organizational and fund-related documents, conducting investor due diligence, ensuring compliance with Federal and State securities regulations, and managing SEC reporting for venture fund clients.
- The role also includes reviewing documents, assisting with opinions and supporting materials, and handling administrative tasks such as timesheets and e-timelogs while providing general support to the team.
- The ideal candidate has paralegal experience, preferably in fund formation in a large law firm setting.
