Litigation Attorney

Position: Litigation Attorney - 3 yrs to 10 yrs exp
We are a rapidly expanding law firm, featuring an energetic, established, creative and dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals. Our firm engages in several areas of law, including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, estate planning, criminal defense, and immigration. Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation and/or family law to handle matters in Central Illinois. The position focuses on practicing family law and civil litigation, while the role is fully remote, except for in-person attendance for court appearances. If necessary, you will receive mentorship and guidance from our more experienced attorneys in our firm.

* Starting pay: $100,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production.
