Position SummaryMaintains and processes shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Alongside this core function, the associate manages receiving areas, tracks claims, ensures safety standards, and supports business processes in a team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and post delivery schedules to meet customer demand.
- Compile and organize receiving reports, verify merchandise counts, and route items to proper locations.
- Receive and maintain receiving area; utilize equipment and complete required documentation.
- Process claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, and cleaning the clearance area.
- Utilize technology to capture required reporting and documentation.
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and covering forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions to facility management.
- Implement action plans related to the Open Door Policy, ethics, and integrity.
- Prioritize and complete work assignments, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners to meet deadlines.
- Communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities, adapting to change and feedback.

- Act with Integrity: Maintain highest standards of ethics, hold yourself and others accountable, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals.

Compensation & BenefitsHourly wage: $19.00–$27.00 (will meet or exceed local minimum wage).
Premiums: Additional $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
