The Floor Tech?is responsible for?all aspects of?floor care,?using?the?latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment.?

This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Generalfloor care activitiese.g.,dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet
• Periodic floor care activitiese.g.,scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing
• Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between the customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Skills and Abilities
• Must be 18 years or older and possess avalid driver’s license and cleanMVR
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Possesses excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills
• Ability to adapt to a changing workplan
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of floor ca repreferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for long periods oftime
• Repeat the same movements
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Able to lift, push & pull
  50lbs
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends,possible overnights for special projects
• Part Time 2nd shift
• Monday-Friday
• 5:00p-9:00p
• $15/hr
