• Lead and manage all maintenance and plant operations
• Ensure full compliance with CMS, Life Safety Code, OSHA, and state regulations
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and emergency preparedness
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality and cost control
• Conduct safety inspections and support regulatory surveys
  
  Maintain documentation, logs, and compliance reports
• Serve on Safety, Infection Control, and QA committees

• 3+ years supervisory experience in maintenance or plant operations
• Long‑term care or healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and safety codes
• Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and respond to urgent facility needs
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage emergencies effectively
• Required licenses/certifications per state regulations
