Environmental Health and Safety Professional

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive safety program for electrical construction;
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and coach field teams on safe work practices;
• Lead safety training, incident investigations, and OSHA reporting;
• Champion a proactive, people-first safety culture.

• 5+ years of construction safety experience (electrical preferred);
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 and NFPA 70E;
• OSHA 30-hour certificate required;
• CHST, CSP, or similar certification preferred;
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills;
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout Central Illinois;
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Salary Range $70,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience).
