Volunteer Services Director – Job Description

The Volunteer Services Director is responsible for staffing, operations, planning and development for the Volunteer Services Department. Provides direction and support to the volunteer services staff and works in collaboration with the Guild to support their efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Management‑Responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies, procedures, protocols and standards: To maintain a high quality level of service.
  • Management‑Seeks opportunities: To more fully incorporate staff into daily operations.
  • Serves as the liaison for the Health Center and Volunteer Guild.
  • Supports the fund raising activities of the Guild.
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of Guild sponsored activities and events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Compensation

Estimated Compensation Range: $73,694.40 - $ (Pay based on experience). Eligible for participation in Management Incentive Compensation Program.
