Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives
• Serve as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives
• Communicate and negotiate vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources
• Deliver regulatory and executive materials and ensure results align to program strategy
• Define program controls, processes, and procedures
• Monitor execution of defined tasks through tracking of milestones
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
• Work with project sponsors and cross‑functional teams
• Create a clear approach to guide effective program setup, execution, and control

• 8+ years of project management experience
• Knowledge of structured project management methods
• Knowledge of Bank's Enterprise Change Policy & Standards
• Track record of delivering programs to plan and on budget
• Ability to assess an ill‑defined problem and propose the tasks & deliverables that will be necessary to achieve the desired outcome
• Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at different levels
• Proficient with MS products:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
