• Effectively managing processes and workflow to safeguard standardization and consistency for campaign and project success
• Leading end-to-end delivery projects for mid-level complexity campaigns or projects from initiation through execution and closure
• Utilizing RACI documentation to manage team involvement, roles and responsibilities
• Utilizing Adobe Workfront for project management activities, including: project initiation, crafting project plans, managing resourcing of tasks, updating project timelines and status
• Managing process controls including facilitating project approvals from internal stakeholders
• Proactively monitoring project work for risks and identifying and proactively resolving issues
• Creating and managing project status reporting to keep stakeholders informed
• Serving as the point of contact for all project process related questions and issues
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards and policies across all project deliverables and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 1 year of project management experience
- Masters / MBA degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of project management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Strong project leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and work management software
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in marketing operations for financial services or highly regulated industry (preferred)
- Risk Management experience (preferred)
