• Experience leading teams in a service, retail, or field‑based environment
• Background managing multiple locations, crews, or a mobile workforce
• Proven ability to handle customer issues in person and de‑escalate situations
• Exposure to sales, revenue growth, or account management
• Strong business acumen with experience owning or influencing a P&L
• High energy, positive attitude, and a willingness to be in the field daily
• Comfortable speaking in technical terms and working alongside technical teams
• A natural problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
