Program Lead

• Manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project
• Planning scheduling, cost management, risk control & assessment
• Monitoring sub-vendor of static and rotating equipment including modular equipment fabrication
• Reporting to corresponding stakeholders
• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

• Experience in Modular fabrication and design of process equipment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management
• Experience working in virtual environment.
• Experience executing projects in the order of $5M to $20M value
• Knowledge of ERP software like SAP
• Experience in a global organization
• Experience in managing projects in a matrix organization
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Demonstrates expertise in project management principles and methodologies, with a strong focus on planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk assessment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects valued between $5M to $20M while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
