Requirements
- 5+ years leading/managing teams or projects
- 5+ years of experience delivering aerospace products in a production environment
- 5+ years in Supply Chain or Supplier Program Management
- 5+ years leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects
- Willing to travel

Demonstrates extensive experience in Supply Chain and Supplier Program Management, with a strong focus on managing teams and projects in the aerospace production environment. Proven ability to develop supplier recovery plans and enhance employee performance through coaching and mentoring.
