Enterprise Claims Library Admin, Project Management

• Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company.
• Work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that impact the company’s bottom line.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product to manage claims from ideation to archival.
• Act as the lead administrator for the Claims & Disclosures Library.
• Enforce the end-to-end workflow for claim submissions, reviews, and approvals.
• Ensure that every claim in the library is backed by robust evidence and maintain a clear audit trail.
• Manage the complex relationships between primary claims and their mandatory legal disclosures.
• Proactively track expiration dates for claims and coordinate periodic reviews.
• Provide regular reports on library health, usage metrics, and compliance status.
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 4 years of project management experience
• At least 1 year of people management experience
• At least 2 years in Marketing Operations, Legal Ops, or Compliance
• At least 2 years experience managing Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management System (CMS), or Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) workflow tools
• PMP certification (preferred)
• 2+ years working within a regulated industry (preferred)
• Experience administering Veeva Vault Promo Mats (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in project management and people management within regulated industries, with a strong focus on compliance and collaboration across departments. Proficient in managing Digital Asset Management and Content Management Systems to ensure effective claim workflows and evidence-backed submissions.
