We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness within the spa.

This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
• Manage and train staff, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing of supplies and products
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Supervise scheduling and shift management to optimize staff efficiency
• Develop retail sales strategies to enhance revenue from product sales
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary

• Strong negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively
• Proficient in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
• Experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management
• Excellent management skills with a focus on team management and leadership
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, merchandising, pricing, and sales management
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities
• Experience in retail management or grocery store operations is a plus
• Proficient in administrative tasks with strong math skills for budgeting purposes
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote spa services effectively
