In this role you will manage a global value stream organization, supporting strategic business decisions related to Medium Wheel Loader products and services, utilizing the Operating and Execution.

• Product Availability Leadership Manage global portfolio of products, ensuring execution of regional configuration strategies
• Develop and execute global availability and inventory stocking strategy
• Effectively manage global price list changes
• Product Solutions Leadership Develop, execute, and manage global work tool strategy for Medium Wheel Loader business
• Develop, execute, and manage global tire strategy for Medium Wheel Loader business
• Execute regional technology deployment plans
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Take the lead on high-value projects, guiding cross-functional teams to success.
• Be the driving force behind achieving growth targets, ensuring product offering and availability is aligned with commercial organization partners.
