• Facilitate regulatory and medical review meetings with global teams and external vendors
• Oversee promotional material approvals ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Manage workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support digital content reuse strategies
• Drive global content review timelines, organize meetings, and ensure clear communication
• Implement continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in life sciences, business administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional project management experience
• Hands‑on experience working with global teams, third‑party vendors, and digital asset platforms
