We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow our Peoria, IL branch within the Service team. This is a critical leadership role focused on revenue growth, operational excellence, and building a high-performance culture.
Position SummaryThe Branch Manager is responsible for growing revenues and profits of the Peoria branch while fostering a culture of safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This role collaborates with operations, sales, and leadership to achieve financial and operational objectives while leading, coaching, and developing the branch team.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage branch operations and uphold a strong safety culture, including monthly safety meetings.
- Achieve operational targets, budget goals, and profitability through careful P&L analysis and inventory management.
- Drive customer satisfaction by partnering with the sales team and maintaining high service standards with top customers and prospects.
- Conduct monthly branch operations meetings to ensure accountability for goals and objectives.
- Provide input to company leadership on branch growth strategies and operational performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, training, and coaching.
- Serve as the point of contact for facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and expand technical and professional knowledge through workshops, networking, and industry associations.
- Meet operational goals and targets while monitoring performance metrics.
- Oversee daily activities of the operations and service teams.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance staff capabilities and service delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding key accounts and their needs.
- Sales management of the local team. Holding them accountable for quote, order and sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational and profit goals.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training.
- Effective communicator and critical thinker.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
