CNC Operator Job Description Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components that meet precise specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency and quality control.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling and turning centers, to produce parts according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
- Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tooling and fixtures for new projects.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with welding processes, stamping presses, and factory operations is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Experience with Solid Works or similar CAD software is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques is essential.

Pay: $22.63 - $26.50 per hour
